How much does it typically cost?
It really depends on the issue. Something like a simple SSL renewal might be $75–$100. A broken contact form or slow site diagnosis is usually in that same range. More complex problems — a site that won't load, a hacked website, or a major configuration issue — will be quoted based on what's actually involved. You'll always know the cost before we start.
Do you need my login details?
Sometimes, depending on the issue. For things like SSL renewals I'll likely need access to your hosting account. We can do this via a Zoom screen share where you stay in control, or you can share credentials securely. I'll always let you know upfront what I'll need and why.
How quickly can you fix it?
Most common issues are resolved same day or next day once we've agreed on the scope. If something is more complex I'll let you know the expected timeline before we start.
What if I'm not sure what the problem is?
